How much does the eCredable membership cost?

eCredable has two types of membership, AMP Connect Basic and AMP Connect Plus. AMP Connect Basic membership is FREE. Basic membership provides access to a host of free tools and membership features, including our AMP Credit Score Estimator, AMP Score Watch, budgeting tools, financial and educational resources, bill tracking and payment reminders, and access to credit, service and product offers in the eCredable Marketplace.

AMP Connect Plus membership costs $19.95 the first year, and has an annual renewal fee of $19.95. AMP Connect Plus includes all the features of AMP Connect Basic. In addition, AMP Connect Plus allows you to link up to 8 (eight) eligible online accounts (Electricity, Water, Gas, Mobile Phone, Cable TV, Satellite TV, Internet, and Landline Phone), and retrieve the payment history (up to 24 months) made available for download by your Service Provider. Once your accounts are linked, eCredable will download your payment information each month to continue building your eCredable credit file. The importance of this feature is that information downloaded from your Service Provider’s website is considered verified and will be factored in to your verified AMP Credit Score when you are ready to apply for an offer in the eCredable Marketplace.

How do I sign up for eCredable membership?

You will only need to provide your Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth and Valid Email Address in order to set up your account.

Is there an age requirement to have an account with eCredable?

The primary member and any additional users must be at least 18 years of age.

May I cancel my eCredable account at any time?

YES. You may cancel your eCredable membership online at anytime:

  1. Login into your account at eCredable
  2. From the “My Account” page click the “Settings” button
  3. From the "Settings" page click the “My Membership” button on the LEFT
  4. Fill out the "Reason for Cancellation" box and click SEND
  5. Within 24 hours, during normal business hours, your request will be processed and your account will be closed.

Is there a cancellation fee?

NO. There are no fees associated with the cancellation of your account.

What forms of payment does eCredable accept?

eCredable accepts MasterCard*, Visa*, American Express*, Debit Cards and PayPal*.

Are there any other fees associated with eCredable?

YES. There are fees associated with getting your bill payments verified for your AMP Credit Report. When you are ready to apply for a credit offer, the cost of verifying a single bill payment is $19.95 and is paid at the time you order your verification. Your verification is good for 45 days. Verification fees are NOT refundable. This is because, once you submit your Verification Order, it is immediately routed to our Verification Partner and work begins on your verification. If you are an AMP Connect Plus member, your $19.95 annual fee provides online linking of 8 eligible accounts, which adds the maximum amount of payment history that the service provider makes available on their website to your eCredable credit file. It is only necessary to request a manual verification when you are ready to apply for credit and want to add additional payment history to a linked account, or when you want to include an un-linked account in your verified AMP Credit Report and AMP Credit Score. Are there any hidden fees or costs?

NO. All of our fees are clearly displayed throughout the eCredable website.

Can I update my personal account information anytime?

YES. You may update your account information whenever you want.

What is my user name?

Your user name is the email address you used to sign up with eCredable.

Why can't I access my account?

When accessing your account to use our web service based products, our system will compare entries to our existing records for your account. We compare these items to help ensure the security of our customers' information. If our records don’t match the information you have entered during the login process, your sign in will not be successful. If you are experiencing difficulties signing in, please visit the SUPPORT page to reach our member service center.
