When necessary, you can request eCredable contact your landlord or utility company and manually verify your payment history so it can be added to your eCredable Credit File.
All Manual Updates Only $19.95 Per Account
If you have more payment history with a utility company than is available online, you can order a manual update to include the additional payment history in your eCredable Credit File.
Cannot be Linked
If the account type or your utility company is not eligible to link to your eCredable Profile, you can order a manual update to include the account payment history in your eCredable Credit File.
No Online Access
If your utility company does not have online account access available, you can order a manual update to include the account payment history in your eCredable Credit File.
Important Information Regarding Manual Updates
Payment history requiring a Manual Update is only included in your AMP Credit Report and calculated in your AMP Credit Score for 45 days from the Verification Date. Therefore, Manual Updates should only be ordered when you are ready to apply for a loan or other type of credit offer in the eCredable Marketplace. The Manual Update fee of $19.95 is not included in the AMP Connect Plus annual subscription fee. eCredable does not provide refunds for any reason.
How manual updates impact your AMP Credit Score.
In most cases, the more positive payment history you have in your eCredable Credit File, the higher your AMP Credit Score will be. People who earn an "A" tend to have 4 – 6 accounts with at least 18 to 24 months of payment history for most of the accounts included in their AMP Credit Report, which produces their AMP Credit Score.
