Why can't I access my account?

When accessing your account to use our web service products, our system will compare entries to our existing records for your account. We compare these items to help ensure the security of our customers' information. If our records don’t match the information you have entered during the login process, your sign in will not be successful. If you are experiencing difficulties signing in, please visit the SUPPORT page to reach our member service center.

I have forgotten my password. How can I get it?

You will need to enter in your email address when requesting your password from our "Forgot Password" page. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file.

I am not receiving my “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” confirmation email?

Check that the email address you provided to us is correct. Also, add support@ecredable.com to your address book or "Approved Email" list, so your spam blocker isn't stopping you from receiving our email.
